A 10-Week ONLINE intensive COURSE to help you find your style.
Discover the style that embodies the most authentic YOU—for every setting, in all you show up to in life, no matter who is in the room.
“Authenticity . . . is newly prized. Nowadays, to be seen as leadership material, executives are expected to reveal who they fundamentally are—not mimic some dated, idealized model.”
—Sylvia Ann HewlEtt, “The New Rules of Executive Presence”
Do you know how to use your style as a superpower?
When a new event invite pops up on your calendar, do you think. . .
“Oh, shoot, what am I going to wear to that?”
OR
“Great! I can’t wait to show up in. . . [insert outfit].”
In a world with more choices than ever, more ‘stuff’ being thrown at us, and more appointments on our calendars, it is easy and completely valid to feel overwhelmed and confused by what to wear.
What should be a fun expression of yourself has turned into another mountain of to-dos in the forms of…
📱 doom-scrolling retailers, placing orders, and making returns
👜 making forced trips to a store to get something that will “suffice”
🩵 procrastinating in updating your style because you gained weight
👟 not putting any attention towards your wardrobe because you are in a rut
🧢 throwing on the basic outfit you wore to the last 4 events because you just don’t have time
Do you know how to define your style and make it your own?
You are at a point where you can’t afford to put this off any longer because . . .
your network and community are growing and becoming more varied and diverse
your visual messaging is a more important tool than ever in communicating “who you are”
you desire to connect with these communities so they are primed to receive your unique brilliance
you want to feel excited about the way you dress for the most important and even mundane moments of your life.
We’re going to shut out all the TikToks, targeted ads, and listicles.
Most importantly, we will focus on who you really are at your core and how that relates to the style you choose.
Along the way, you will meaningfully connect and build relationships with your peers who are facing similar experiences and situations. Courses are capped at 12 participants. This close-knit group sets the scene for a collaborative, open space to learn and share—which makes each session magic!
You deserve to put yourself first; to embody the most authentic, right version of YOU no matter what setting you are in.
In this 10-week virtual intensive, we’re going to journey together to stand proudly in your authenticity by identifying how you want to communicate your unique spread of style personalities through your wardrobe and makeup choices.

-
There are six style personalities, and you are a unique blend of all of them. Each one comes into play in different ways for different people and in different settings. You’ll learn about each one and how to start to apply them to your clothing choices—this is where we start to play in the "ands" of your unique style brand.

Work life has changed drastically since COVID-19 and you are here because you are in a place of visibility and need to navigate this new work world. You are a leader, and your style can set the tone for your day—your meetings, your productivity levels, your comfort, and your connection with others. We’ll uncover how your style brand is at play in your everyday work life, including in-office, travel, virtual meetings, and more.

Big stages, big board meetings, big interviews, closing big deals . . . those are a part of your life now. It’s essential to have your high-impact outfit heroes ready before the big days. To do this, you have to identify what parts of your style brand need to speak loudest in these moments and for each of these audiences.
-
This is where we look at how your wardrobe can support your recharge. Your weekend wardrobe shouldn’t be an afterthought; it should be ready to support the parts of YOU that need to turn on when the work shuts off. That could be letting loose with friends, connecting with your partner over dinner, spending time with your kids, lounging around. Whatever it is, let’s ensure your weekend wardrobe encourages you to just do you—and feel great doing it!

Meet Your Facilitators
Natalie
BU Style founder Natalie Tincher has made it her life’s mission to help her clients feel empowered by and aligned with their style choices. She has found a niche in collaborating with female executives, founders, and entrepreneurs.
Her commitment to building this experience has been years in th making. She knew it couldn’t wait any longer after a particularly impressive CEO client shared how her many years of hating her body and clothing kept her from flying even higher and standing taller in any space. Through their work together, this client shared that she had begun to feel a sense of confidence she had never felt.
Natalie wants all women to feel this relief and confidence. She loves that this course provides the opportunity to use something we do every day—get dressed—to explore the effect personal style has on every aspect of our lives. Natalie also knows firsthand what it’s like to be in this process, as she has recently had to “practice what she preaches” to evolve and align her style brand with her personal and professional milestones, which have put her in a more public-facing stage in her current entrepreneurial journey.
Rebecca
Makeup expert Rebecca Robles has over 15 years of experience as a professional makeup artist. One of her favorite parts of this work is how it allows her to meet new people regularly and share her love of makeup artistry as a means of self-expression. Her attitude is that no matter where you are in your makeup journey, makeup should be fun, playful, and something you look forward to.
Rebecca prioritizes making sure each client feels safe and welcome. She understands that learning how to do your own makeup can feel overwhelming at first. Her methodology focuses on guiding you towards incorporating a beauty routine into your everyday style that is easy to maintain and uniquely you.
During this course, Rebecca will encourage you to reflect on the stigmas that you may have about makeup. Through discussion and visual examples, you’ll explore how a beauty routine can be a lot of different things! Rebecca will share how to make product and application choices that will support your intentions and be a tool to let your inner beauty and creativity shine.
